The acne rosacea called adult acne because its occurrence is between age group of 30 50 years
The rosacea and acne are two different conditions although their coexistence in the patient is a co-incidence. acne rosacea is often referred to adult acne. In quite contrast to acne, rosacea is primarily not the disease affecting teenagers. Rosacea is mostly occurring in adult persons between 30 years to 50 years of age, more commonly occurring in persons having fair skin.
In order to differentiate between Acne and rosacea, in roseacea condition the black or white heads presence is not there. In teenagers the acne subsides after they grow up in age, whereas in rosacea it just does not happen. Rosacea is marked by small sized red bumps, which are quite hard and nothing happens on squeezing as in the case of black heads of acne.
By squeezing the rosacea pimple there is expulsion of clear fluid.
